| Any person sharing the common interests of the members of the AASP
as set forth in Article II, of the constitution, may become a member
upon sending to the treasurer his or her membership dues and a signed
statement that he or she has read the Constitution and Bylaws and
agrees to follow them.
Members will, upon the treasures receipt of dues, obtain all the
rights to membership as well as their membership packet.
